presentation guidelines


Each presenter has a total of 20 minutes for his/ her presentation which will be followed by 10 minutes for comments and questions. Please make sure you keep to this time frame.


Each session room has a PC equipped with the most common MS office software, a screen and projector. If you require any additional equipment, please let us know in advance by emailing to

PowerPoint files

Experiences have shown that it is best to collect PowerPoint files used during the conference in advance. We can then make sure that presentations are set up in the room you are supposed to present in and interruptions and delays on the day can be kept to a minimum.

Therefore, we would be very grateful if you could send us your PowerPoint presentation (in case you use one) by 2nd July 2012 the very latest via email to
